This  agreement is for the personal services of  Monadnock Entertainment, Or Gaby’s DJ.

A non-refundable reservation fee ( Deposit ) is required to secure engagement date.  The remaining balance must be paid in full seven (7) days before commencement of performance, unless other arrangements are made.   All credit card payments are subject to a 5% handling fee.

Purchaser will allow 60 minutes prior to start time for equipment set up and 60minutes after performance.  Purchaser will provide one or two 6-8 foot tables.  Any damages incurred due to lack of reasonable protection of purchaser’s part will be payable by purchaser to the extent of repairs or replacement of damaged equipment and materials.

In the event of non-payment or incomplete payment, Monadnock Entertainment retains the right to attempt collection through the court system.  Purchaser will be held responsible for all legal fees, court cost incurred by Monadnock Entertainment.  

This agreement cannot be canceled except by mutual written consent of both purchaser and Monadnock Entertainment.  
If cancellation is initiated by the purchaser in writing and agreed by Monadnock Entertainment in writing, purchaser will be required to pay 50% of the total performance fee.

This agreement shall be excused by detention of Monadnock Entertainment by sickness, accidents or any other legitimate condition beyond the control of Monadnock Entertainment. If such a circumstance arises, Monadnock Entertainment will make all reasonable efforts to find a replacement DJ at the agreed-upon fees.  Should Monadnock Entertainment be unable to procure such a DJ, the purchaser shall receive a full and prompt refund of all fees paid.

This agreement is not binding until received and signed by Monadnock Entertainment.  Any Changes must be written and signed by both purchaser and Monadnock ntertainment.
